At Chapman Environmental Services, our Licensed Site Remediation Professionals service a broad range of sites. As part of the LSRP Program, we manage a variety of environmental issues commonly encountered in New Jersey, including regulated USTs at filling stations, leaking farm fuel USTs at agricultural properties, diffuse anthropogenic contamination, and historic fill.

What Is an LSRP?
A Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) is an individual licensed by New Jersey’s Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board (SRPLB) and bound by a strict code of conduct. Since the passage of New Jersey’s Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA) in 2009, the LSRP Board has issued licenses to qualified professionals to conduct remediation at sites in New Jersey.
LSRPs are experts in both the technical and regulatory aspects of site remediation. All LSRPs can be assumed to be proficient in the administrative and regulatory aspects of the LSRP program, but at Chapman Environmental Services, our LSRPs go a step further. Chapman’s team of LSRPs judiciously considers the latest technical options under the LSRP program.
Our LSRP team is highly-proficient, experienced, adaptable, and committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients.
A Standard of Excellence
At Chapman Environmental Services, our LSRPs have experience taking on legacy projects, including those that may have started off wrong or “went off the tracks.” We have experience in offsite source investigations to the development of Alternative Remediation Standards (ARS), and implementing institutional controls for soils and monitored natural attenuation for groundwater as remedial approaches.
Exceptional service means taking the time to work together with clients and explain the steps involved using common language for first-time parties. Our LSRPs have the skills, the expertise, and the patience to help clients understand the myriad of options available under the LSRP program.
We understand the stresses involved in choosing the right LSRP for your project. Behind an LSRP’s sound professional judgment should be good data, gathered by skilled and experienced professionals. In choosing an LSRP, you’re also choosing the support team they are relying on.
At Chapman, we see both the technical forest and the administrative trees. To learn more about our LSRP services, give us a call at (732) 291-7773.
